Garlic Zest Grilled Lobster

Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails (split in half lengthwise)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp KAIZ Garlic Zest Seasoning
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp sea salt (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F / 200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, and KAIZ Garlic Zest Seasoning.
- Brush the mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- Place lobster tails shell-side down on the grill.
- Grill for 5–7 minutes, basting once or twice, until the meat is opaque and slightly charred on top.
- Remove from grill, brush once more with the garlic-zest butter, and garnish with chopped parsley.
